(And yes, you can and should still take action to solidify your foundations, even if the business is already built! Case in point: the lifting of my 80+ year old house, which was sitting on sand, a few cypress stumps, and a chunk of coquina. Raised her up 3.5 feet, poured new footers and built up that foundation, and she’s all set for the next 100 years or so. Huzzah!)
