Whitney Harper and I have been building ADVOS legal pllc for over 10 years!! (Early November was the 10 year anniversary in fact!). After we figured out the hardest parts, our lawyer friends started to ask us how we did it –

What does the PROmance Scorecard tell you? Lots of things, notably:

The PROmance scorecard is based off the quarterly scorecard we use for our own firm and have used with our Accelerator members for the past year. We think it is so valuable – and have found nothing like it in the legal world – that we wanted to share it with you.
